I do not accept returns unless the item has been very largely misrepresented. A lot of care goes into each and every listing along with detailed measurements and clear images of any flaws. If you're unsure of something or just have questions, please reach out to me ahead of purchase!

Sizing

Vintage sizing and tag sizes do not always match up to current sizes or to what we typically wear. All brands are different. For example, designer labels tend to run smaller. Measurements are there to guide you. In addition to measuring your own foot, I would suggest measuring the insole of a similar pair of shoes that you own to compare. Length is typically added to give the foot some room to breathe in the shoe, so if we go solely off of foot measurement, we might find that the shoe will be too tight. If I'm able to fit into the shoe, I provide a more detailed assessment of the size and clearly state it in the listing. I encourage everyone to reach out to me ahead of purchase to clarify any uncertainties or questions in regards to sizing.

Vintage shoes will often show signs of age and wear. I do my best to evaluate all items that I sell and list any flaws clearly in the listing. I cannot always foresee if a pair of shoes will hold up over time. I give everything a test run around the block to test structural endurance, but vintage shoes can often be fragile and can't guarantee that they will last. The shop will not be held responsible for shoes that become damaged/fall apart after wear. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
